JMV Home Decor may also cancel the order if the package is returned to us and the customer does not arrange redelivery within a reasonable period.

Customers are strongly encouraged to record a continuous unboxing video showing the package before opening it and the item immediately after opening.

Please do not return an item without receiving return instructions from JMV Home Decor.

Unboxing and Delivery Inspection

  • The product immediately after opening.
  • Any visible damage, defect, or incorrect item.

Failure to provide sufficient evidence may affect our ability to verify and approve a claim.
